You will work cross-functionally across technical, commercial and marketing teams, defining product requirements, prioritising features, and delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned to the company’s strategic and innovative direction.
The Product Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for product development leadership, planning, execution, test support and accompanying the commercial market rollout of our NTN-TN land mobility platform throughout its product lifecycle.
You will:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the development teams, business stakeholders and Head of Product while ensuring stakeholder alignment on goals, timelines and deliverables
- Support the development of and communicate a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to the company’s goals, based on prior and ongoing inputs from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and your industry insights;
- Conduct market research and competitor analyses, identifying opportunities and informing product direction;
- Maintain the product roadmap, define detailed product requirements and user stories supported by both internal (software engineering, commercial) and external (customer, partner) stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams delivering timely high-quality product releases, ensuring alignment with OIQ’s vision, performance standards and end-to-end business priorities;
- Gather and prioritise customer and external stakeholder feedback, enhancing product features, performance and end-to-end product usability;
- Monitor product performance and iterate, with the direct support of the development teams, enhancements and future evolutions based upon data-driven insights;
- Develop market forecasts for the product(s) supported by OIQ’s commercial and marketing teams while, in parallel, managing the product(s)successful rollout and customer deliveries aligned to cost, schedule and performance key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Define, in close collaboration with OIQ’s Head of Product, Technical Innovation Manager and commercial team, key benefits and end-to-end value of the product(s), translating customer requirements into development applications supported by customer user experience excitement and dovetailing these data points back into the product(s) continuing evolution:
- These inputs will directly support the maintenance of OIQ’s marketing and communications plans extending into and collateral areas of interest and market traction (including web updates, product training materials and sales training); and
- Drive the cadence of a team of development engineers, including coordinated daily management tasks such as regular one-on-one meetings, setting and reviewing performance objectives and milestones, supporting career growth and ensuring smooth interactions across team members.
